These Conditions of Sale were updated on January 1, 2024 and govern the sales of iris by “IRIS in PERIGORD“.
Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, net of VAT, “VAT not applicable according to article 293 B of the General Tax Code”, and excluding shipping costs.
In the case of an order to a country other than mainland France, you are the importer of the product (s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the competence of the company “IRIS en PERIGORD“.
All orders are payable in euros.
The company “IRIS en PERIGORD” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.
The products remain the property of the company “IRIS en PERIGORD” until full payment of the price.

Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site and within the limit of available stocks and you can not order a product out of stock. In case of unavailability of product after placing your order by any other means than the site, we will notify you by email. Your order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made. You can also accept replacement with an equivalent product after confirming it to us.
Discounts.
Members of the SFIB (Société Française des Iris et Bulbeuses) up to date with their subscription benefit from a 10% discount on the amount of their order, excluding shipping costs. Contact “IRIS en PERIGORD” to obtain a reduction code.
Shipping costs.
Shipments will be made from mid-July to the end of October, subject to normal weather conditions. You will be asked to pay for shipping and packaging. The irises will be sent by postal Colissimo. It is up to the Customer to make complaints to the carrier in the event of loss or damage, since packages travel at the recipient’s risk.
Packages shipped within the European Union will all have a phytosanitary passport.
The shipping and packaging costs are as follows:
For mainland France, Monaco and Andorra: € 10, free delivery from € 150.
For other European countries, standard delivery:

– For some countries, customs fees, various taxes, phytosanitary certificate may increase the cost of delivery.
You can also remove your irises on site after making an appointment 10 days before.
Personal data
The company “IRIS en PERIGORD” undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which he would have to transmit for the use of certain services. All information concerning him is subject to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has the right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. Guarantee
The greatest care is taken in the cultivation of irises and also in their uprooting and labeling. However, the error is still possible and it may happen that an iris does not conform to the variety ordered. In this case, “IRIS in PERIGORD” undertakes to replace the non-conforming iris if it is still in stock, otherwise it will be either replaced by an iris of equivalent or even higher value, or reimbursed. Complaints must be substantiated and not intervene beyond 6 months after receipt of the package. However, if the wrongs are attributable to “IRIS en PERIGORD, the responsibility of the company will be limited to the partial, even total, reimbursement of the goods and no more.
Retraction
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following cases (article L121.21.8 of the consumer code):
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly (flowers, plants, etc.)
- Goods opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or phytosanitary protection.
For these reasons, “IRIS en PERIGORD” cannot accept the return of goods.
Responsibility
The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its responsibility could not be engaged for a damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, interruption of service or other involuntary problems, as well as any fact qualified as force majeure.
